Zahra's Sambusa (Somalia)

1 package hamburger
1 package egg roll wrappers
2 large red onions, finely chopped
2 jalapeƱos seedless, finely chopped
1/2 bunch cilantro, finely chopped
1/2 bunch scallions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons crushed garlic
1 teaspoon cumin
pepper and salt to taste

Place all ingredients in 6 quart pot and simmer 45 minutes. Drain and cool. When cool, wrap 1 tablespoon of the meat in an egg roll wrapper.
Deep fry til golden brown. Sambusa may be frozen and deep fried on demand.
